Hinduja TMT is launching its call centre with the launch of its Mysore Centre at Excellence at Contour Road in Gokulam III Stage in Mysore. It would be one the largest call centre in the city, presently which has around 1000 seats and soon it will become organization of around 2000.
Soon, the Indian railway Catering and Tourism Corporation is planning to manage for call centres. IRCTC has invited bids from the telecom IT firms for establishing the Railways call centres. According to resources, BSNL is providing the highest amount to the Railways for managing the call centre.
