Europe uses e-Justice from cross border

The Ministers of Justice of the European Union (EU) have agreed to take advantage of the ICT (e-Justice) for the justice of cross-border and intensify cooperation in this field.

EU is providing a comprehensive electronic access to the justice sector throughout Europe. All EU Member States have successfully employed ICT as a means to support justice sector activities. This is the right time to establish the basis for using e-justice at the European level. It is an ambitious project for Europe to provide comprehensive electronic access to the justice sector. Firstly, the project is commenced actual operation with the exchange of electronic data. The success of project proves that it is possible to ensure the fast and efficient cross-border exchange of information without having to make major alterations to national IT systems.
