8 IAS, 11 PCS Officers shifted in Punjab, Aditya Uppal made Jalandhar Municipal Commissioner

In a decisive move, the Punjab government has announced the immediate transfer of eight Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and 11 Punjab Civil Service (PCS) officers.

Key Appointments Include:
Chander Gaind: Appointed as Secretary of Water Resources and Secretary of Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority. He will continue to serve as the Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities.
Aditya Uppal: Assumes the role of Commissioner at Jalandhar Municipal Corporation.
Sandeep Rishi: Takes over as the Commissioner of Ludhiana Municipal Corporation and Chief Administrator of Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority.
Sagar Setia: Appointed as Additional Deputy Commissioner for Rural Development in SBS Nagar.
Rahul: Named the new Bathinda Municipal Corporation Commissioner.
Ravinder Singh: Appointed as the Managing Director of Pepsu Road Transport Corporation in Patiala.
Akash Bansal: Takes on the role of ADC (General) in Sangrur, replacing Anmol Singh Dhaliwal, who now serves as ADC (Rural Development) in Ludhiana.
Nirmal Ouesppachan: Assumes the position of ADC (General) in Mansa.
Jagnoor Singh Grewal: Deputy Principal Secretary to the CM, given the additional charge of Additional Managing Director at Punjab Agro Industries Corporation.
