23 Senior Bureaucrats Reshuffled in Chhattisgarh

The Government of Chhattisgarh, through a recent order, moved a major bureaucratic reshuffle and transferred 23 top bureaucrats including the collectors of six districts.

1. S Prakash (IAS 2005-Batch) has been transferred and posted as Transport Secretary.
2. Topeshwar Verma has been relieved of the additional charge of Transport Secretary and will continue to hold his current charges.
3. Mahadev Kawre (IAS 2008-Batch) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Durg division.
4. A Kulbhushan Toppo has been relieved of his additional charge of Commissioner, Durg division, however, he will continue to hold the post of Commissioner, Raipur division.
5. Shyam Lal Dhawde (IAS 2008-Batch) has been made Commissioner, Bastar division, Jagdalpur.
6. Sunil Kumar Jain (IAS 2009-Batch) gets the charge of Special Secretary, School Education and the additional charge of Director, Public Instructions.
7. Doman Singh (IAS 2009-Batch) has been shifted and posted as the Collector, Baloda Bazar – Bhatapara.
8. Dharmesh Sahu (IAS 2010-Batch) has been made Director, Land Records. Sahu will also hold the additional charge of Director, Government Printing and Stationery Department.
9. Nileshkumar Mahadev Kshirsagar (IAS 2011-Batch) has been appointed as Collector, Mahasamund.
10. Abhijeet Singh (IAS 2012-Batch) has been assigned the post of Managing Director, Raipur Smart City Limited and the additional charges of Joint Secretary, Home and CEO, Raipur Development Authority.
11. Namrata Gandhi (IAS 2013-Batch) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Gariyaband.
12. Richa Prakash Chowdhary (IAS 2014-Batch) becomes the Collector of Gaurela – Pendra – Marwahi.
13. Kuldeep Sharma (IAS 2014-Batch) has been shifted and posted as Collector, Koriya.
14. Rituraj Raghuvanshi (IAS 2014-Batch) has been transferred and given the charge of Collector, Narayanpur.
15. Vijay Dayaram K (IAS 2015-Batch) gets the charge of Commissioner, Ambikapur Municipal Corporation.
16. Roktima Yadav (IAS 2016-Batch) has been transferred and posted as the CEO, Zila Panchayat, Gariyaband.
17. Rohit Vyas (IAS 2017-Batch) has been transferred and posted as the CEO, Zila Panchayat, Bastar.
18. Dipanshu Kabra (IPS 1997-Batch) has been relieved from the additional charge of Additional Commissioner, Transport and given the additional charge of the Transport Commissioner.
19. Sandeep Kumar Agarwal (SAS 2013-Batch) has been shifted and posted as CEO, Zila Panchayat, Kabirdham.
20. Prabhakar Pandey (SAS 2014-Batch) will take over as Commissioner of Korba Municipal Corporation.
21. Dashrath Singh Rajput (SAS 2014-Batch) will be assuming the charge of CEO, Zila Panchayat of Mungeli.
22. Abhinav Agrawal (IRS 2007-Batch) has been made MD, Chhattisgarh Warehousing Corporation. He also gets the additional charge of Director, Food and Public Distribution.
23. Anil Sahu (IFS 1990-Batch) has been shifted and appointed as Managing Director of Chhattisgarh Tourism Board.
