The Government of Bihar on Wednesday, May 12, issued official orders to promote Pratyay Amrit to the grade of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS). Pratyay Amrit, a senior IAS officer of the 1991-Batch of Bihar cadre, is currently serving as the Principal Secretary in Health Department of the Government of Bihar.
