The Government of India, on March 5, issued official orders and appointed Parul Singh, an IRS-IT officer of 2009-Batch, as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Commerce, Government of India till the completion of her tenure or any further orders. Singh will be posted in New Delhi for a tenure of four years.
