Niranjan Kumar Arya (IAS 1989-Batch) has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary (CS) to the Government of Rajasthan on October 31. Arya replaced the incumbent CS, Rajeeva Swaroop who retired on October 31 from his position. Prior to the orders, Arya was serving as the Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department.
