The Andhra Pradesh government on Monday approved the transfer of Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary LV Subrahmanyam as Director General of Andhra Pradesh Human Resource Development Institute, Baptla.
LV Subrahmanyam, 1983-Batch Andhra Pradesh cadre has been transferred and posted as Director General of Andhra Pradesh Human Resource Development Institute handing over the charge to Neerab Kumar Prasad who is currently Chief Commissioner of Land Administration. Prasad will now take charge as Chief Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Subrahmanyam has five months and 26 days of service left.
Subrahmanyam holds Masters of Arts.
