Neha Prakash, 2012-Batch (Uttar Pradesh cadre) has been posted as Special Secretary, IT Electronics & MD, UPDESCO in the recent bureaucratic reshuffle in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Earlier, Prakash was serving as Special Secretary – Institutional Finance Department, Lucknow. She has held the posts of Additional Commissioner, Gorakhpur. She has also been Special Secretary to Irrigation & Water Resource Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Prakash holds a B.E (CSE) and a PDGM (IIM).
