National Manufacturing Innovation Summit

Elets Technomedia is all set to hold the first National Manufacturing Innovation Summit on 3 May, 2019 in the capital. The Summit will see participation of over 150 technology decision makers from automotives and auto ancillaries, consumer durables, engineering and core infrastructure.

The key speakers would discuss, deliberate and explore the best practices around the innovations and new technology deployments across sectors. This would also enable the members from various industry sectors to follow these practices and trends and create a synergy ecosystem.

The Summit will see an exciting line up of special addresses and panel discussions and participation of policy makers and industry leaders across India and beyond.

The keynote speakers are  S Suresh Kumar, Joint Secretary and Additional CEO, Government e Marketplace (GeM), Ministry of Commerce and Industry; Dr Madhukar Gupta, Additional Secretary, Department of Public Enterprise, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises; Bhavna Saxena, Special Commissioner, Economic Development Board, Government of Andhra Pradesh; Mehnaz Ansari,
Country Representative, United States Trade Development Agency (USTDA), Embassy of United States of America and Surendra Nath Tripathi, Director, Indian Institute of Public Administration.

In the Inaugural Session, S Suresh Kumar will talk about the procurement innovations embedded in the Government e Market place and Dr Gupta will lay out the manufacturing roadmap for India. Koumba will share the insights on why Gabon should be the next international manufacturing destination. Ansari on the other hand will share insights on US collaboration on next generation technologies and bringing in innovative technologies to India.

Saxena and Dr Rakesh Verma, Special Secretary, Infrastructure & Industrial Development Department, GoUP & Joint Executive Director, Udyog Bandhu, Uttar Pradesh will speak on the advantages of investing in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh respectively.

Leading industry solution providers like Avaya and TCS iON will share aspects on increasing ROI and customer experience and business transformation by digitsation. Adarsh Kaul, Marketing Lead, Avaya, India & SAARC and Dipesh Kothari, Head of Global Business Development, TCS iON will speak on these areas.

Speakers from the Manufacturing leaders like Philips Lighting India, Reliance Infrastructure, DLF, Sheela Foams, DIMTS, Stic Pens and Best Koki Automatives will engage in a panel discussion on CIO as Driver of Digital Disruption: The One Stop Place for Everything in Innovation.

Nishank Goyal, CEO, Masters India will speak on E-Way Bill & Automation Generation.

Industry experts from Goodyear, Kwality, Hero Motors, Mitsubishi Electric Automotive, Interarch Building Product, Ministry of Steel, Perfetti Van Melle and Somic ZF Components will be a part of the panel discussion on Digital Disruption in Manufacturing Industry –Smart Factories, Digital Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence.

Leaders from Toyota India, Apollo Group, Automotive Company, SafeXpress, Rockman Industries, Arihant Electricals and Halo Labs will discuss on the theme ‘Innovation led Manufacturing Industry Transformation: Importance of Cyber Security, Leveraging Block Chain and Growing Role of CISOs’.

The final panel discussion of the day will be on Bringing Down the Digital Barriers and Designing the Future Workplace. This session will be participated by the leaders from Havells India, Escorts, Hindware, Automative Company, DCM Shriram, Cargo Motors and Invest India.

The valedictory address will be delivered by Surendra Nath Tripathi, Indian Institute of Public Administration Director.
