Use Facebook, Twitter to complain about electricity woes in Haryana

Haryana-Power-UtilitiesWith a view to providing an online platform for feedback and disseminate information about its schemes, the Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN) has launched its Facebook page and Twitter accounts.


The social profiles have been launched so that people could access information regarding developmental works being carried out by the Nigam from the comfort of their homes.

Consumers can also submit their suggestions and feedback through these websites. They will have to get their complaints registered only on the toll-free number already provided by the Nigam.

Consumers can also submit photographs and descriptions of issues, such as low-hanging power lines, exposed wires, broken guarding and open junction boxes on the Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Uttar-Haryana-Bijli-Vitran-Nigam-Limited-1559977374297597 or Twitter account at https://twitter.com/UHBVN
