E-auction of the first batch of 135 FM radio channels in 69 cities are set to kick-off soon.
According to report, at least 20 applicants have got security clearance from the Home Ministry to take part in the bidding process.

Revenue worth Rs 550.18 crore is reportedly expected through the e-auction.
The I&B Ministry has been emphasising on early process of security clearance to the FM channel applicants.
