PCB, India website full of flaws

The official website of the Pune Cantonment Board (PCB), India, which talks about e-Governance is not working properly. Citizens of Pune are complaining that half of the links are not opening and there is lack of facility to download official documents.

The site, http://punecantonmentboard.com , was put up in June last year. It was hailed as the coming of age of e-Governance in Pune Cantonment. Except for a few forms like birth certificate and slaughter house tenders and a list of officials, there is hardly any input made to the website during the past one year. Even the photo gallery has few old photos. Even the election rules, electoral lists or ward maps have not been uploaded on to the website.
