• Sunil Kumar Barnwal (IAS–JH:97): From Additional Secretary, Dept. of Higher Education → CEO, National Health Authority.

• Manish Bhardwaj (IAS–GJ:97): From DDG, UIDAI (MeitY) → Secretary, National Disaster Management Authority (Ministry of Home Affairs).
