The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Pushpam Kumar for the post of Director (Personnel) at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), a major public sector steel company.
PESB Selects Pushpam Kumar
Kumar was recommended after the PESB interviewed seven candidates for the position. His appointment will be subject to the required clearances and approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
He currently serves as Senior General Manager at India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO).

RINL Post Currently Vacant
The position of Director (Personnel), RINL is presently vacant. If approved, Kumar will take over the role and handle key responsibilities related to the company’s personnel and human resource functions.
Appointment Awaits Final Approval
The PESB recommendation is the next step in the selection process. Kumar’s appointment will become effective after completion of the requisite formalities and ACC approval.
