Intellect Design Arena Ltd. has announced the launch of MSOCK—Multidimensional Multilayer System of Connected Knowledge—an AI-native engineering system designed to solve a central barrier in enterprise AI adoption: while AI can generate code, it does not inherently understand the enterprise it is being asked to change. Intellect has filed 39 patents relating to MSOCK technology and is launching the platform at the Global FinTech Fest 2026.
The launch marks Intellect’s strategic shift from coding-led software engineering to cognitive engineering. Rather than beginning with code production, enterprise transformation starts with understanding business intent, institutional knowledge, architectural dependencies, and the broader impact of change.
Bridging the Enterprise Context Gap
Banks globally have invested heavily in foundation models, copilots, AI coding tools, agents, and AI-enabled development pipelines. However, the fundamental economics and timelines of large-scale software transformation have not changed proportionately.
According to Intellect, the core issue is not the capability of AI models, but the absence of enterprise context. Enterprise knowledge remains fragmented across codebases, databases, APIs, documents, and institutional memory.

It doesn’t know your bank.” Without this context, AI cannot inherently know why a transaction rule was created, which customer journeys depend on a legacy service, or what downstream systems could be affected by a change.

MSOCK addresses this challenge by creating a connected, evidence-backed representation of an enterprise’s software estate, spanning business rules and processes down to APIs and code. The underlying principle mirrors the transformation brought by Relational Database Management Systems five decades ago, which made fragmented enterprise data structured and queryable. MSOCK applies this concept to enterprise knowledge.
The platform links products, processes, policies, APIs, and code across business, operations, compliance, and technology through a 21-dimensional Enterprise Spatial Graph. By organising these assets into Connected Knowledge Units, MSOCK provides AI systems with the architectural ground truth required to reason and act with precision.
This infrastructure enables institutions to move beyond AI-assisted coding to AI-native engineering, where AI understands not only how to make a change, but what the change means, what it affects, and how it can be executed under governance.

MSOCK combines five interconnected capabilities that transition enterprise engineering from understanding to governed execution:

- Command Centre: Provides observation, management, control, oversight and compliance for near-autonomous engineering.
Designed to coexist with existing technology investments, MSOCK provides the underlying knowledge infrastructure beneath foundation models, copilots, and AI-DLC pipelines rather than replacing them.
Moving from Coding to Cognitive Architecture

A Three-Week Open Challenge
As part of the roll-out, Intellect is issuing a three-week open challenge to financial institutions. Organisations can bring a complex application module to Intellect, where MSOCK will map the application and its connected knowledge within three weeks.
The initiative allows institutions to ask the central question of enterprise technology: “If I change this, what exactly will break?” The challenge is designed to demonstrate MSOCK’s ability to identify dependencies and calculate the exact blast radius of proposed changes before any code is modified.
Serving over 500 customers across 62 countries, Intellect positions the launch as a fundamental evolution in software architecture: RDBMS connected applications to data; MSOCK connects AI to enterprise knowledge.
