In a significant administrative development, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the empanelment of 62 officers for appointment at the level of Joint Secretary or equivalent in the Government of India.

This empanelment brings together officers from multiple services, batches, and cadres, reflecting a diverse and experienced leadership pool ready to take on key roles in policymaking and governance at the national level.

From the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), the empanelled officers include Kajal, Saumya Agarwal, S Tejaswi Naik, Sumeet Kumar Jarangal, A Muthu Kumar, Gauri Parasher Joshi, N Venkatesh, Priyanka Das, Rathod Sandeep Rewaji, Rohan Chand Thakur, Hrishikesh B Yashod, V Shanmugam, Gaurav Goyal, and Rajesh Prabhakar Patil.

From the Central Secretariat Service (CSS), the officers are D K Choudhary, Gopal Krishna, and G Muthuraja.

In the Indian Forest Service (IFoS), the empanelled names include S Senthil Kumar, G Rajesh, S Kulandivel, H Raja Mohan, Deepa D Nair, and Prachi Gangwar.

From the Indian Defence Estates Service (IDES), G Vijay Bhaskar and S V R Chandra Sekhar have been empanelled.

The Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) includes Harsimran Singh, Amit Kumar, and Pervesh Kumar, while the Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) includes Yatri Dave Vitekar.

From the Indian Railway Store Service (IRSS), the officers are Santosh Kumar Mishra, Harpreet Singh Pruthi, Amit Singh, and Kanwalpreet. From the Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS), S Salim Javed has been empanelled.

In the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax), Srujani Mohanty has been included.

From the Indian Telecommunications Service (ITS), the empanelled officers are M Srinivasulu Reddy, Mukesh Lal, Prachish Khanna, Rakesh S Desai, Vijay Prakash, and Vivek Khare.

The Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) includes Dinesh Kumar Vashishtha and Satya Narayan Meena.

From the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), the officers are Praveen Pandey, Dharmendra Kumar, Aashima Mehrotra, Jyoti Prakash Mishra, R Gopalakrishnan, Shishir Somvanshi, Amit Kumar Jain, Swadesh Kumar Singh, Dibbanjan Roy, and R Sudharshan.

In the Indian Engineering Services (IES), Sudhir Shyam, Sonia Pant, and Archana Mayaram have been empanelled.

From the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS), the officers are V Yogitha and Nabarun Dhar.

Finally, from the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME), the empanelled officers include Rajneesh Kumar Tomar, Jawahar Lal, Sunil Kumar Sharma, and Amit Saurastri.
