The state of Andhra Pradesh is set to witness a landmark gathering of financial leaders, policymakers, multilateral institutions, and industry stakeholders as the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, together with Elets Technomedia, proudly presents the “Andhra Pradesh Reimagining Public Finance Summit” on 14–15 November 2025 in Visakhapatnam. 

Anchored around the theme “Reimagining Public Finance for Viksit Andhra @2047,” the two-day summit will serve as a premier platform to explore innovative fiscal strategies, green financing models, PPP frameworks, and institutional reforms for building a future-ready, financially resilient Andhra Pradesh.

Day 1 Highlights – Fiscal Innovation and Partnerships

The summit will open with addresses by Dr Ravi Gupta, Shri Peeyush Kumar, IAS, and Shri Payyavula Keshav, setting the stage for a day of high-powered discussions.

The Inaugural Panel on Public-Private Partnerships in Logistics will feature:

Subsequent sessions will explore:

• Unlocking Public Value & Asset Monetisation with Swarup Anand Mohanty (Mirae Asset), Hetal Kotak (NSE IX), Dr Devendra Pant (India Ratings), and others.

The day will conclude with the Plenary Session featuring Chief Minister Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, Finance Minister Shri Payyavula Keshav, and UNDP Country Director Ms Angela Lusigi, marking the official launch of the special souvenir named “Andhra Pradesh – Powering Progress through Partnerships.”

Day 2 Highlights – Green Finance and Institutional Reforms

Day 2 will focus on renewable energy financing, ESG-driven development, and institutional capacity building.

Sessions include:

• Financing Green Energy & Climate Projects with Shri K. Vijayanand, IAS, Chief Secretary, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Shri Kamalakar Babu (NREDCAP), Heena Khushalani (EY), and G.V. Rao (SBI).
• Innovative PPP Financing Models with Shri K. R. Jyothilal, IAS, Shri Ketan Garg, IAS, and Rajiv Memani (EY).
• Leveraging External Aid & Green Bonds featuring Angela Lusigi (UNDP), Kiran Kumar Avadhanula (KfW), and T. Vijay Kumar (Rythu Sadhikara Samstha).
• Capacity Building & Institutional Reform session led by Shri Ronald Rose, IAS, Shashi Krishnan (NISM), and Dr Ravi Gupta.

The event will close with a Valedictory Session, celebrating the collaborative achievements and policy dialogues of the two-day summit.
