Punjab: Harsunhinder Pal Singh Brar  appointed Director, Higher Education and Rubinderjit Singh Brar made Additional CEO Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion

Harsunhinder Pal Singh Brar has been appointed Director, Higher Education, Punjab, relieving Harpreet Singh Sudan of the additional charge. The move is intended to boost leadership, enhance policy execution, and improve governance across the state’s higher education ecosystem.

Rubinderjit Singh Brar has been named Additional Chief Executive Officer of the Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion, with his services placed at the disposal of the Department of Investment Promotion. He will play a crucial role in advancing investment initiatives, supporting industrial growth, and aiding Punjab’s broader economic development agenda.


The appointments form part of a strategic administrative realignment aimed at ensuring efficient deployment of officer expertise in key departments.
