
In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, under the directive of Lieutenant Governor V.K. Saxena, has issued Order No. 222 dated 16.06.2025, approving the transfer and posting of 23 senior IAS officers with immediate effect. The reshuffle includes officers from various AGMUT cadre postings, with several officers receiving new or additional responsibilities.
Key appointments:

- Dilraj Kaur has been appointed as Principal Secretary (GAD), Principal Secretary (Social Welfare), and Principal Secretary (SC/ST/OBC Welfare).
- Nandini Paliwal takes charge as Commissioner, Trade and Taxes Department.
- Neeraj Semwal has been appointed as Secretary (Revenue)-cum-Divisional Commissioner, with additional charge as Secretary (Land and Building).
- Pandurang K. Pole has been assigned the role of Secretary (Higher Education and TTE).
- Niharika Rai has been given dual charge as Transport Commissioner and Chairperson, Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) — a role earlier held directly by the Transport Minister.
- Rashmi Singh, who recently returned to Delhi, has been appointed as Secretary, Department of Women and Child Development.
- Krishna Kumar will serve as the CEO, Disaster Management Authority.
- Ravi Dhawan has been appointed as Member (Administration), Delhi Jal Board.
- Sanjeev Kumar Mittal takes additional charge as Director (Agricultural Marketing), alongside his role at DM Headquarters.
- B.S. Jaglan has been made Member (Finance), Delhi Jal Board.
- Prince Dhawan has been appointed as Managing Director, DTC, with additional charge as Special Commissioner, Transport Department.
- Ravi Dadhich, repatriated from the Centre, has been appointed as Special Secretary (Power).
- Saumya Saurabh becomes DM, North West Delhi.
- Ankita Anand has been appointed as Special Secretary, Women and Child Development Department.
- Mekala Chaitanya Prasad is the new DM, South West Delhi.
- Dr. Anil Aggarwal has been appointed as Director General, Forensic Science Laboratory.
- Vivek Kumar Tripathi has been named Special Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms.
- Lakshya Singhal will serve as DM, South Delhi.
