In a key administrative development, the Rajasthan government has appointed 13 officers of the 2024 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) as Assistant Collectors and Executive Magistrates across multiple districts. The appointments, announced on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, aim to strengthen grassroots governance through the deployment of freshly trained officers.
Following the completion of their foundational course at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie—scheduled to conclude on April 18—the officers will report to the Harish Chandra Mathur Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration (HCM-RIPA). From there, they will be directed to their designated field postings.
As part of their field training, these probationers will engage directly with district-level administration, gaining hands-on governance experience. In their roles as Executive Magistrates, they will also exercise specific powers delegated by the respective District Collectors.

The officer postings by district are as follows:

- Srishti Dabas – Udaipur
- Aishwaryam Prajapati – Alwar
- Medha Anand – Bhilwara
- Swati Sharma – Bikaner
- Neha Uddhavsingh Rajput – Ajmer
- Rohit Verma – Jaisalmer
- Mohanlal – Jodhpur
- Ravindra Kumar Meghwal – Chittorgarh
- Birju Gopal Choudhary – Pali
- Aditi Yadav – Sri Ganganagar
- Mrinal Kumar – Jaipur
- Aradhana Chauhan – Kota
- Bhanu Sharma – Bharatpur

This marks a pivotal phase in the professional journey of the officers as they transition from theoretical training to real-time administrative responsibilities. Their engagement at the district level is expected to enhance policy execution, citizen engagement, and governance outcomes in their respective jurisdictions.
