The Uttarakhand government has announced a significant reshuffle in the responsibilities of six IAS officers, including four recently promoted secretaries, aiming to streamline administration and enhance departmental efficiency.

- IAS Lalrin Liana Fanai has been relieved of her duties as Principal Secretary, Minority Affairs Department.
- Hari Chandra Semwal has been relieved of his responsibilities as Secretary, Religious Endowments and Culture, and Director General, Culture.
- C Ravishankar has been reassigned from Additional Secretary, Civil Aviation, Finance, and Skill Development, to Secretary, Skill Development and Employment Department.
- Jugal Kishore Pant has been moved from Additional Secretary, Panchayati Raj, to Secretary, Religious Endowments and Culture.
- Ranveer Singh Chauhan transitions from Additional Secretary, Sugarcane and Sugar, to Secretary of the same department.
- Dhiraj Singh Garbyal now takes charge as Secretary of the Minority Welfare Department, relinquishing his role as Additional Secretary of Public Works and Minority Welfare.
This reshuffle reflects the government’s commitment to ensuring the right talent is placed in roles critical to the state’s development.
