   Uttar Pradesh has cemented its position as a leader in electronics manufacturing, producing over 50% of India’s mobile phones. Strategic policies provide 75% land subsidies and bolster both Fab and fabless ecosystems, drawing major global brands such as Samsung and Oppo to the region.
5. Embracing AI and Future Technologies
   The state is drafting an AI policy to establish an “AI City” in Lucknow and build a GPU-based innovation ecosystem. Integrating AI startups with data centres is a key strategy to create a self-sustaining hub for emerging technologies.
