In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government has announced new postings for several senior IAS officers.
Arun Kumar Gupta (HY:1992), serving as Additional Chief Secretary in the Town & Country Planning and Urban Estates Department and Industries & Commerce Department, has been appointed as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Haryana, against a vacant post.
Amit Kumar Agrawal (HY:2003), previously Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Project Director of the Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates Programme, Managing Director of Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd., and Commissioner & Secretary, Development & Panchayats Department, has been relieved of his roles as Additional Principal Secretary and Project Director.
Ashima Brar (HY:2004), who served as the Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister and Director General of Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA), Haryana, has been relieved of her duties as Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister.
Saket Kumar (HY:2005), Managing Director of Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitaran Nigam Ltd., Director General of Medical Education & Research, and Secretary to Government in the Medical Education & Research Department and Energy Department, has been transferred as Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, relieving Amit Kumar Agrawal of the charge.

Yash Pal (HY:2011), Director of Urban Local Bodies and Mission Director of the State Urban Livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority, among other roles, has been appointed as Deputy Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister against a vacant post.
Earlier, in October of this year, the Haryana government appointed former IAS officer Rajesh Khullar as the chief principal secretary to the CM.
