The Telangana government implemented a major bureaucratic reshuffle on Monday, transferring 13 IAS officers, including Finance Commission Member Secretary Smita Sabharwal and Excise Commissioner E Sridhar. Additionally, eight Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers have been reassigned to new posts.

Smita Sabharwal has been appointed as Secretary to the Government in the Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department, relieving N Sridhar from the Full Additional Charge (FAC) of the post. She will also hold FAC roles as Member Secretary of the State Finance Commission and Director of Archaeology.

E Sridhar, previously Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, is now Secretary to the Government in the BC Welfare Department, relieving B Venkatesham from FAC. Sridhar will also hold FAC as Commissioner, Endowments, replacing Zendage Hanumant Kondiba.

Anita Ramachandran has been made Secretary to the Government in the WCD & SC Department, while Ilambarithi K has been named Commissioner of GHMC. K Surendra Mohan, formerly Secretary to the Government (Mines & Geology), is now Transport Commissioner.

Awaiting postings, Chevvuru Hari Kiran has been appointed Director of Prohibition & Excise, while D Krishna Bhaskar will serve as CMD of TRANSCO, relieving Sandeep Kumar Sultania. He retains FAC as Special Secretary to the Deputy Chief Minister.

Siva Sankar Lotheti is now CEO of Arogyasri Health Care Trust, replacing RV Karnan. Srijana G has been appointed Director of PR & RD. Chittem Lakshmi will serve as Director of AYUSH, while Krishna Aditya S has been appointed as Director of Intermediate Education and Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education. He also holds FAC for TGWEIDC, replacing EV Narsimha Reddy.

Sanjay Kumar will serve as Commissioner of Labour in FAC, and Gaurav Uppal has been given FAC responsibilities as Secretary to Government (Coordination), General Administration Department.

IFS Transfers
Priyanka Varghese is now Chief Conservator of Forests, Charminar Circle. Sivala Ram Babu has been posted as District Forest Officer in Jogulamba Circle and placed in FAC as Field Director of Amrabad Tiger Reserve. Sunil S. Hiremath is now Director of Zoo Parks, Hyderabad. P Sreenivasa Rao becomes District Forest Officer, Siddipet, while SV Pradeep Kumar Setty takes the post of Deputy Conservator of Forests, STC Circle, Hyderabad.

K Srinivas has been deputed as Director of Urban Forestry, HMDA, Hyderabad. J Vasantha takes on the role of Curator at Nehru Zoological Park, while Mandadi Naveen Reddy becomes District Forest Officer, Jayashankar Bhupalpally.
