The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) made a fresh reallocation of work on Saturday, affecting seven additional commissioners, including four AGMUT cadre IAS officers and three from IRAS and IOFS. The reshuffle followed Sachin Shinde’s appointment as additional commissioner (IAS: 2008: AGMUT).

The newly appointed officers were assigned departments and zones in their capacity as Zonal In-Charge.

• Sachin Shinde (IAS: 2008: AGMUT): Takes charge of West Zone, Nazafgarh Zone, and Narela Zone. Assigned the Central Establishment Department, O&M, Vigilance, Advertisement, RP Cell/Parking, Corporation & Committees, and Election management.
• Jitender Yadav (IAS: 2010: AGMUT): Oversees South Zone, City-Sadar Paharganj, and Central Zone. Given charge of Engineering (E&M, Building, Electrical, Architecture), Screening Committee, Town Planning, Information Technology, Ease of Doing Business, and Community Services.
• Dr. Tariq Thomas (IAS: 2011: AGMUT): Responsible for Karol Bagh Zone and Civil Lines. Allocated DEMS, Industrial Relations, disaster management, Mobile Apps 311, Green App, Toll Tax, and horticulture.
• Nidhi Malik (IAS: 2013: AGMUT): Zonal in-charge of Keshavpuram and Rohini Zones. Assigned Education, Law, Land, Estate, and Veterinary Services.
• Amit Kumar Sharma (IRS: 2004): Takes charge of CL&EC, Factory Licensing, Printing & Stationary, and Language.
• Pankaj Naresh Agrawal (IOFS: 2007): Supervises Shahdara (South) & Shahdara (North) Zones and is responsible for Hospital Administration, AYUSH, P&I, and Public Health.
• Veer Singh Yadav (IRAS: 2007): Handles Finance, Assessment & Collection, and Labour Welfare.
