In a strategic effort to expedite administrative reforms and project completion, Ravikumar NG, a 2004 batch IAS officer and CEO of the Greater Noida Authority, has restructured departmental responsibilities among five key IAS officers in Uttar Pradesh.
Promotee IAS officer Saumya Srivastava will now lead departments focused on land, agriculture, farmers, population, law, builder marketing, and industry. As Officer on Special Duty (OSD), her role will be crucial in enhancing transparency in land matters, addressing farmer issues, and overseeing builder projects.
Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi, promoted to IAS in 2020 and now the Assistant Chief Executive Officer (ACEO), will manage a diverse portfolio, including Commercial, Residential, Special Projects, Night Safari, Heliport Project, and various Work Circles (5, 6, 8), along with Gram Vikas, Gangajal, Sewer, and Den departments.
2016 batch IAS officer Sunil Kumar Singh has been appointed as the Additional Chief Executive Officer in charge of Greater Noida West, overseeing Work Circles 1, 2, and 3, and managing Institutional Assets and Finance within the Project Department.
2017 batch IAS officer Srilakshmi VS, serving as another ACEO, will be responsible for Institutional Planning, Garden, Personnel, Project, and IT departments, focusing on improving the authority’s efficiency and operational effectiveness.

2014 batch IAS officer Prerna Singh, also an ACEO, will oversee Urban Services, Work Circles 4 and 7 of the Project Department, and the Systems, Electricity, Road, and Transport departments, playing a key role in enhancing urban development and transportation infrastructure in Greater Noida.
