
In a recent administrative shake-up, the Telangana government announced a comprehensive reshuffle of IAS officers, involving both transfers and new responsibilities.
Aisha Masarat Khanam, previously Secretary of the Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society, has been reassigned to the General Administration Department (GAD). Tafseer Iqubal, the Special Secretary of Minorities Welfare, will now take on the additional role of Secretary for the Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society while continuing his duties as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of ISW.
K Surendra Mohan, Secretary of the Mines and Geology Department, has been granted the full additional charge of Director of Mines and Geology, succeeding BV Susheel Kumar, who has retired.

T Vinay Krishna Reddy, Joint Secretary of the Health, Medical, and Family Welfare Department, is now also Commissioner for Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R). Sk Yasmeen Basha, Director of Horticulture and Sericulture, will additionally take on the role of Director of Minorities Welfare.

A Nirmala Kanthi Wesley, previously Director of Women, Children, Disabled, and Senior Citizens Welfare, has been appointed Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Telangana Minorities Finance Corporation, succeeding Aisha Masarat Khanam.

P Srija has been moved from her position as Additional Collector (Local Bodies) in Mulugu to the same role in Khammam. Md Asadullah, Special Grade Deputy Collector with HMDA, will now be appointed as CEO of the Waqf Board, filling the current vacancy, while G Malsur, Director of Industries, has been assigned the additional role of Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Telangana Mineral Development Corporation.
