Organised in collaboration with the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), the summit celebrated MHADA’s remarkable contributions to the housing sector and charted strategies for the state’s future development.

The summit featured key discussions on critical topics, including innovative strategies for affordable housing, sustainable urban development through green infrastructure and smart city technologies, and the role of public-private partnerships in driving innovation and efficiency. Special focus was also placed on the vital role of Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) and banks in streamlining housing and infrastructure projects, with presentations showcasing the latest advancements in the housing sector.

Shri Atul Save, Hon’ble Minister of Housing, Government of Maharashtra, emphasized the government’s commitment to making housing accessible for all.
