5 IAS appointed as Deputy Secretaries; H Krishnanunni named Private Secretary to Jitin Prasada

The Government of India issued notifications regarding key appointments and recommendations on Thursday:

1. H Krishnanunni (IAS, 2012, TN) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Commerce & Industry and Electronics & Information Technology, Jitin Prasada, in the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology. He will serve at the level of Deputy Secretary for a five-year term.
2. Tarun Kumar Pithode (IAS, 2009, MP) has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Delhi, for a five-year period.
3. Dharmender (ISS, 2015) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the National Medical Commission under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme for a four-year term.
4. Reghu G (IAS, 2011, OD) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme for a four-year term.
5. Shashank Mani Tripathi (IAS, 2015, AGMUT) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Cooperation, Delhi, for a four-year period.
