4 IAS transferred in West Bengal, Dr. Rashmi Kamal made Secretary Land Reforms Deptt.

In a significant administrative reshuffle, the West Bengal government has reassigned four IAS officers to new positions.


Akanksha Bhaskar (2015-batch), previously the Chief Executive Officer of the Asansol Durgapur Development Authority, has been appointed as the Additional District Magistrate (Basirhat), North 24 Parganas.

Dhivya Loganathan (2015-batch), formerly the ADM (Basirhat), North 24 Parganas, is now the Special Secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Department. 

Vibhu Goel (2012-batch), who served as the CEO of the State Rural Livelihood Mission, is the new Director of Land Records and Survey. 


Dr. Rashmi Kamal (2006-batch), the former Director of Land Records and Survey, has been named Secretary of the Land and Land Reforms and Refugee Relief & Rehabilitation Department.
