In a recent minor administrative shake-up, the Uttar Pradesh government has transferred three IAS officers in the state.

Suraj Patel, a 2019 batch IAS officer, has been appointed as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Amethi, having previously served in the same capacity in Fatehpur.

Sanya Chhabra, also a 2019 batch IAS officer, has been put on hold after being posted as CDO in Amethi. She will be on extended leave, citing personal reasons, as her husband is an IAS officer.

Dr. Aparajita Sinsinwar, another 2019 batch IAS officer, has been assigned the role of CDO in Chandauli, moving up from the waiting list.

Notably, Aparajita Sinsinwar originally belonged to the Andhra Pradesh cadre but was transferred to the UP cadre following her marriage to Mr. Devendra Kumar, a 2021 batch IPS officer of the UP cadre.
