Haryana Administrative Cadre witnesses Transfers: Two IAS and Seven HCS Officers reshuffled

In a recent development, the state government has issued transfer and posting orders for two IAS (Indian Administrative Service) and seven HCS (Haryana Civil Service) officers. The changes aim to optimize administrative efficiency and enhance governance across various departments.


TL Satyaprakash, currently serving as the Director General of Town and Country Planning, has been appointed Director General of Information, Public Relations, Languages, and Culture, Haryana. Additionally, he will also hold the position of Secretary to Government, Information, Public Relations, Languages, and Culture Department, during the leave period of Amit Kumar Agrawal.

J Ganesan will assume the role of Managing Director for both Haryana State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Ltd (HAFED) and Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation (HARTRON).

Subhita Dhaka, who currently holds the CEO position at Zila Parishad and District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) in Charkhi Dadri, will now serve as the CEO of Zila Parishad and DRDA in Jhajjar. Pardeep Kumar-II will take over as CEO of Zila Parishad and DRDA in Charkhi Dadri.


Kapil Kumar, previously serving as SDO (Civil) in Shahbad, has been appointed as City Magistrate in Kaithal.

Navdeep Singh, Joint Director (Administration) in the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, has been reassigned as Joint Director for the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes, in addition to his existing responsibilities.
