It has been 34 years of existence for Raychem RPG, and we are also the longest running 50:50 joint venture. Customer centricity is our prime pillar with a strong focus on high levels of quality and innovation.
We foster a culture of innovation by encouraging employees to share their ideas, take risks, and experiment with new approaches. We continue to invest in product development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. This involves conducting market research, participating in industry forums and partnering with research institutions.
We encourage collaboration and promote communication and knowledge sharing across companies and stakeholders. This helps generate new ideas and perspectives and facilitate the development of innovative solutions.
We embrace continuous improvement: Implement processes and procedures that encourage continuous improvement, such as regular performance reviews and feedback sessions. Encourage employees to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement and use this feedback to refine processes and procedures.
Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important issue in the business world, and Raychem RPG has taken steps to reduce its environmental impact through initiatives like solar power generation. How do you see these efforts evolving in the years to come?

This will help in reducing carbon footprint and ensuring journey towards net-zero.

Soon sustainability reporting will become more important to provide transparency around sustainability efforts and norms for selecting global business partners.

Our company, Raychem RPG, is a global organisation, but we believe in operating as an agile local player to better serve the unique needs of each market we operate in. By adapting our products and services to the specific requirements of each local market, we can create better solutions that are tailored to the needs of our customers.
This local approach also helps us comply with local regulations and certifications, which can vary between markets. However, we are committed to maintaining consistent quality and service standards across all our operations, to ensure that our customers receive the same high level of solution, no matter where they are located.
For instance, Cable Management Solution (CMS) is one of our product offerings which includes Cable connectors, Glands and Clampings that are customised to cater different market needs. These products are certified and qualified to meet the specific certification requirements of different geographies. We ensure that our products & solutions comply with International Standards including IEC, UL, ASTM, KCS, and others, ensuring that it meets the performance & safety standards of various countries and regions.

The COVID-19 pandemic has presented unprecedented challenges to businesses around the world, including Raychem RPG. We have taken a proactive approach to address the challenges posed by the pandemic and implemented several measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and have leveraged technology to adapt to the challenges making us stay connected with all our stakeholders to fulfil their expectations.
