Data Centre Park


The first data centre park in Uttar Pradesh, built at a cost of Rs 5000 crore, is ready to be commissioned. Developed by Hiranandani Group, this data centre park is spread over 3 lakh square feet campus and has been made ready in just 24 months. The inauguration of the park is going to be done after Independence Day, and is likely to be done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The first building of this state-of-the-art data centre, set to go live in the Greater Noida region, has been named “Yotta D-1”. This single data centre building has a total capacity of 5000 server racks along with 28.8 MW of IT power, which will provide about 48 hours of IT power backup.

According to the project, a total of 06 data centre buildings are to be built here, after which there will be a total capacity of 30,000 server racks and about 250 MW of electricity will also be generated. It is known that “Yotta” is a data centre venture of Hiranandani Group.


Niranjan Hiranandani, the head of the Hiranandani Group, who attended the Ground Breaking Ceremony-3, had said that the contribution of Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Yogi in the economic development of the country and the state is like a bullet train. He had openly appreciated the policy and intentions of the state government. While sharing his experience with the government, he had said, “In August 2020, our talks started with the Uttar Pradesh government and in October 2020, we got the land allotted.” The foundation stone of the project was laid in December 2020.
