Haryana Govt Appoints Vikas Yadav as DG, Hospitality & PC Meena, MD, DHBVN

The Government of Haryana, on March 25, 2022, moved a minor rejig in the state’s administrative lineup. As per the orders, two IAS officers were shifted and assigned new charges. The 2003-Batch IAS officer Vikas Yadav was transferred and given the post of Director General, Hospitality. In addition, he will also take up the charge of Secretary, Hospitality Department.


While Phool Chand Meena, an IAS officer of 2004-Batch, has been transferred and appointed as Managing Director (MD), Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. He will also assume the charges of Secretary, Irrigation and Water Resources Department, and Managing Director, Haryana State Minor Irrigation & Tubewells Corporation (HSMITC) in an additional capacity.
