Mukhya Mantri Awas Yojana


Committed towards providing house to everyone in rural areas, the Government of Uttar Pradesh has allotted over one lakh houses under the Mukhya Mantri Awas Yojna so far.

Following the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’, the Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government has provided houses for people in distressed needs, including those affected by leprosy, along with the Musahar and Vantangia communities.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana also, as many as 17.02 lakh houses have been constructed in urban areas while 26.15 lakh houses got allotted to beneficiaries in the rural areas.

Similarly, the government has given the gift of housing to 1,08,495 people living in rural areas under the Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana. Of these, 42,094 houses have been given to Musahar community, 4822 houses to Vantangia community and 3686 houses to leprosy affected families.
