The Board of Directors of Gujarat Gas Limited has appointed Dr Rajiv Gupta (IAS 1986-Batch) as Director of company. Gujarat Gas Limited is a state PSU and Sunaina Tomar (IAS 1986-Batch) was serving as its Director. However, the Board of Directors of the PSU ceased her to be Director of the company with effect from July 5.
Hence, Dr Gupta was appointed as Director to succeed Sunaina Tomar. Prior to the new appointment, Dr Gupta was serving as as Additional Chief Secretary of Industries and Mines Department, Gujarat.
