The Centre, on April 13, issued official orders for the appointment of Prashant Kumar Panda as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, New Delhi. As per the orders, the 2008-Batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre will be serving his newly assigned charge for a tenure of four years or until further orders.
