Following the orders from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India, on February 26, retired bureaucrat Dr C Chandramouli (IAS 1985-Batch) and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Director General Dr AP Maheshwari (IPS 1984-Batch) have been appointed as advisors to the Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry Tamilisai Soundarajan.
Dr AP Maheshwari will be taking up the charge of advisor in addition to his post of DG, CRPF till his superannuation on February 28, 2021.
