The Government of Tamil Nadu, on February 1, issued orders for a minor administrative rejig in the state. Amid this, Dr VP Jayaseelan, an IAS officer of 2014 batch of Tamil Nadu cadre, has been transferred and posted as Additional Director, Survey and Land Records and Ex-officio Joint Commissioner of Land Administration.
