The Bihar Police Sub-ordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has released an official notification stating the opening of a total of 2,213 vacancies in Bihar Police. The vacancies opened includes positions for Sub Inspectors and Sergeant posts. The interested candidates can apply online for the positions at the official website of BPSSC. The application forms will be opened from August 16. This for the candidates to note that the last date for applying for the jobs is September 24.
As per the notification released by the commission, there are as many as 1998 vacancies for Sub Inspector have been opened, whereas, for Sergeants, there are 215 vacancies. The officers recruited will be offered the pay scale of ₹ 35400-112400.
On the eligibility criteria, the notification states that candidates who have completed their graduation from a recognised university on or before August 1 are eligible to apply for the positions.
