The Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued orders to transfer as many as 13 IAS officers in an administrative rejig.

K Praveen Kumar, a 1990-Batch IAS officer, has been transferred as Special Chief Secretary, Backward Class (BC) Welfare Department. Whereas, Rajat Bhargava, another 1990-Batch IAS officer, has been handed over the additional charge of Special Chief Secretary (Tourism, Culture, Archaeology and Museums) and Youth Advancement Tourism and Culture (YAT & C) Department. Bhargava is presently the Special Chief Secretary (Excise & CT), Revenue Department. Also, K Ram Gopal (1995-Batch) has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Sports and Youth Welfare, YAT & C Department.

Kantilal Dande (1999-Batch) has been transferred as Secretary, Tribal Welfare Department, whereas, Siddharth Jain, the present Commissioner & Inspector General, Registrations and Stamps has been given the additional charge of Director, Survey, Settlement and Land Records. Dande’s posting is awaited. A 2001-Batch officer, Kanna Babu is the present Special Commissioner, Disaster Management and Ex-Officio Additional Secretary, Revenue has been given the additional charge of Commissioner, Fisheries. G Srinivasulu (2005-Batch) has been posted as Managing Director, SC Corporation. Srinivasulu has his posting awaited. A Siri has been given the charge of Collector, Anantapur. S Dhilli Rao (2013-Batch) is presently awaiting his posting has now been posted as Director, Civil Supplies. B Rama Rao, (2008-Batch) has been given the additional charge of Managing Director, Sports Authority,  Andhra Pradesh. His present charge of Director, BC Welfare will persist. P Arjuna Rao (2013-Batch) has been transferred as Special Commissioner, Endowments. Sridhar Chamakuri has been posted as PO-ITDA, Seethampeta, Srikakulam district and Swapnil Dinakar Pundkar has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Nellore.
