Shilpa Shinde, a 2006-Batch IAS officer, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Department of Healthcare and Family Welfare, Government of Delhi. Shinde presently holds the position of Special Commissioner of Deaprtment of Trade and Taxes, Nation Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi.
Shinde also had the additional charge of Member Secretary for Delhi Commission for Women and Director (Training), Government of Delhi.
