Chhattisgarh: 2 officers assigned additional responsibilities

In accordance with an order issued from the General Administration Department (GAD), the Government of Chhattisgarh has made some minor changes in the responsibilities of two officers yesterday.


P Dayanand, a 2006-Batch IAS officer, former Managing Director, Samagra Shiksha and Director of State Council of Education Research and Training (SCERT), has been appointed as the Director, Social Welfare.

However, a 2011-Batch officer Jitendra Shukla who currently held the position of Director of Public Instructions and Mission Director, State Literacy Mission has been given additional charge as Managing Director, Samagra Shiksha and Director of SCERT.
