As many as 13 IAS officers have been transferred in the recent bureaucratic rejig in Uttar Pradesh.

Mala Srivastava, 2009-Batch officer and District Magistrate (DM) of Basti has been transferred as the Special Secretary, IT & Electronic Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Ashutosh Niranjan (2010-Batch), Managing Director (MD), National Electric Supply Nigam has been transferred as the District Magistrate (DM) of Basti.

Arvind Malappa Bangari has replaced Niranjan as the MD of National Electric Supply Nigam. The 2011-Batch officer was holding the post of DM and Collector of Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Bangari’s former post has been taken over by Dinesh Kumar Singh (2005-Batch), DM, Badaun.

Kumar Prashant (2010-Batch), Special Secretary, IT & Electronic Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh has been named the new DM of Badaun.

Govindaraju N.S (2005-Batch) MD, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. has been appointed as the Project Director, Greater Sharda Assistant Command Area Development Authority.

K Balaji (2010-Batch), DM and Collector, Jaunpur has been transferred as the MD, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.

Om Prakash Arya has been appointed as the Ghazipur DM. The 2010-Batch officer was holding the post of DM and Collector, Sharawasti.

Yashu Rustagi (2012-Batch), Additional Commissioner, Commercial Tax Headquarter, Lucknow has been appointed as the DM of Shravasti.

Suryamani Lalchand (2010-Batch), Project Administrator, Greater Sharda Assistant Command Area Development Authority has been appointed as the Additional Commissioner, Commercial Tax Headquarter, Lucknow.

Santosh Kumar has been appointed as the Divisional Food Controller, Lucknow.

Anil Kumar has been appointed as Additonal Commissioner, Department of Food.

Amrit Tripathi (2008-Batch) Special Secretary, APC Branch has been transferred as the Special Secretary of Secretariat Administration.
