Haryana government transfers 9 officers in minor reshuffle

In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, the Haryana Government has transferred nine IAS officers with immediate effect.

Renu S Phulia (2003-Batch), Director General, New and Renewable Energy has been transferred as Director General, Urban Estates.

Balkar Singh (2004-Batch), Director and Special Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department and Mission, has now been posted as Director, Secondary Education and Special Secretary, School Education Department.

Ramesh Chander Bidhan (2005-Batch), Director and Special Secretary, Skill Development and Industrial Training and Employment Department has been appointed as Managing Director, Haryana Seeds Development Corporation.

Prabhjot Singh (2010-Batch), Commissioner and Special Secretary, Transport Department, has been given additional charge of Director and Special Secretary, Skill Development and Industrial Training and Employment Department.

Amarjit Singh Mann has been posted as Administrator, Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran, Hisar and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Hisar.

Ashok Kumar Sharma (2009-Batch) has been named the Deputy Commissioner, Ambala and Estate Officer for the government land in excised area in Ambala Cantonment.

Mukul Kumar has been posted as Additional Secretary, Urban Estates Department, against a vacant post. The 2011-Batch officer will also retain the charge of Deputy Commissioner Yamunanagar.

Shakti Singh (2012-Batch) has been transferred as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jind, and Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Jind.

Uttam Singh (2015-Batch) has been appointed as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Hisar, and Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Hisar.
