In the Urban Water Sector –The Naya Raipur Water Supply project is a perfect example of Build Operate Transfer (BOT) project wherein JWIL has built a 52 MLD Water Supply project having 30 reservoirs for supplying drinking water to the new capital of Chhattisgarh.

In the rural sector JWIL Infra has executed Multi Village water supply projects for more than 250 villages across states that shall provide adequate quality drinking water to millions of lives in these rural areas where clean drinking water was a distant dream. JWIL is currently executing a single project to provide drinking water to more than 400 water starved villages of Madhya Pradesh.

JWIL Infra is executing on Single Responsibility Basis the Irrigation network under Parwan Major Irrigation project in Rajasthan comprising CCA of 70,000 Ha area through Pressurized Distribution method in Districts Baran, Jhalawar & Kota, Rajasthan.

On the Industry front, JWIL Infra has set up a CETP on PPP basis for the Industrial belt of Sitarganj in Uttarakhand, to mitigate the pollution caused by industries.

A Sewage Treatment Plant by JWIL at Bhilwara treats municipal sewage to recycle the water to mining industry for secondary usage. One of the most significant and socially relevant project being executed by JWIL Infra today, is providing 24 x 7 clean treated water to 2.5 lakh population of Adityapur in Jharkhand. The 60 MLD system will draw water from Suvarnarekha River and the 30 MLD system will draw water from the Kharkai River and Sitarampur Dam. This will ensure yearlong supply without dependency on natural factors such as rain and ground water. The socio-economic impact will generate job opportunities for local manpower and boost the local construction industry.
