Intel Corp takes over Hyderabad-based Ineda Systems

US-based Intel Corporation has taken over Hyderabad-based startup Ineda systems.


Ineda is a low-key fabless semi-conductor product based company.

Intel has purchased the company to acquire the pool of 100 engineers of Ineda for their skills in graphics. The Kondapur office of Ineda is also part of the deal.

Set up by serial entrepreneur Dasaradha Gude, Ineda Systems deals with Arificial Intelligence, autonomous driving, and Internet of Things (IoT).


It has designed Dhanush chips for wearable devices, and has till now raised $60 million.

Intel, on the other hand is planning a global technology park at Hyderabad with around 1,500 engineers.
