Dr Raghu Sharma has been allocated Information and Public Relations, Medical and Health portfolio in the newly formed Rajasthan Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.
Days after swearing-in ceremony of new council of ministers in the Government, the Rajasthan Cabinet was allocated portfolios late Wednesday night following various rounds of discussions in New Delhi with the Congress’ top-leadership.
Dr Sharma was born on 26 July, 1958, and is the member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly from Kekri constituency of Ajmer district.
Dr Sharma has also been instrumental in various significant development works in Rajasthan.

Meanwhile, out of various departments allocated by the Governor, the Chief Minister has kept nine departments and Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot will oversee five departments.
